We Welcome You

For those of you who have considered adoption or have already embraced adoption, we know, in a personal way, that your path may be filled with joy and many challenges. We are dedicated to serving the needs of the adoption community; we offer you a non-judgmental and confidential supportive group setting. We will provide guidance, information, tools, and education to help you learn new skills to enhance your adoption experience. Our families will be diverse in many ways, religiously, racially, and by their definition of “Family.”

What is a Support Group

Support Groups offer a space for open discussions and conversations that your facilitators might gently facilitate or structure in a specific way. The meetings will include opportunities to interact and ask questions.

You will receive guidance from your facilitators, who are professionals. We encourage and help you gain insight into your struggles within a supportive group community to feel more secure and positive about your role as an adoptive parent.

Let’s embrace the journey Together

As the mother of an adopted daughter, I understand the joys and challenges specific to adoption. Having a Life Coach Certificate gives me a unique skill set to support and guide adoptive families in a safe, nurturing, and compassionate way. Additionally, I have worked for The San Fernando Valley Counseling Center, providing counseling for individuals and families.

We provide professional help and support for your feelings, concerns, and anxieties.
